If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C.  I’m best cooked from fresh. If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by the frozen use-by date on the pack and fully defrost in a fridge before cooking.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c

2. Remove film and place in the middle of the oven for 18-20 minutes

3. Ensure your calzones are piping hot throughout before serving
