Cancellation policy

Cancelling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time using your customer subscription portal. If you can't log in to your portal, please get in touch, and we will be happy to assist. If your order has already been generated and a confirmation email has been sent, cancellation will only apply to future unbilled orders. To cancel an already billed order, please get in touch with us directly via the Contact Us form on our website immediately, and no later than 24 hours prior to the day of dispatch. Regretfully, we can't offer cancellations to orders that have already entered the dispatch process, the day before delivery. 

We will send an email notification of all upcoming orders to your registered email address 3 days prior to billing. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for goods that have already been packed for dispatch.
