Refund policy

1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we hope that you understand that we can't offer returns or refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch through the contact page on our website and we'll do everything we can to resolve your issue.

2. Reporting damaged or incorrect items received can be done through our website order page. Please do not reply to courier notifications as these TCK don't have access to these email addresses and they're not monitored by the courier. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product or order being reported must be accompanied by photographic evidence that will be requested during the complaint process. A photo of the full order received, displaying recipe labels will often be requested. TCK can take no liability for damages reported without the provision of photographic evidence to support the claims. 

3. We send a confirmation email at the time an order is generated in our system. This email includes the scheduled delivery date and the full delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information and contacting us immediately if any of the details are incorrect so we can make amendments prior to dispatch.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied during the ordering process.
