Shipping policy
Delivery Days and Times
We deliver five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday.
Deliveries typically take place between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, although occasional delays may occur due to courier issues. We highly recommend leaving ‘safe place’ instructions when placing your order, in case you are not available to receive your delivery.
Customers are advised to schedule delivery at least 2–3 days prior to their planned celebration date. Although courier delays/failures are uncommon, allowing this timeframe ensures that any issues can be addressed and a replacement order arranged where necessary. All calzones are supplied with a minimum shelf life of 3 days from the date of delivery, and frequently longer.
Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays or the day after a Bank Holiday due to courier restrictions. If your subscription order is scheduled to arrive on one of these days, it will be automatically moved to the next available delivery day.
Safe Place Instructions and Responsibility
Please leave safe place instructions when placing your order to allow the courier to leave your parcel in a secure location if you’re unavailable or don’t hear them knock.

If no instructions are provided, the courier will leave the parcel in a location they deem safe or at the door.

DPD will send an email on the morning of delivery with an estimated time slot and a follow-up email with a photo once your parcel has been delivered. Please check these emails to locate your delivery promptly.
- TCK does not receive compensation for delivery errors, and cannot be held accountable for missing parcels if no safe place instructions are provided at the time the order is placed or if the order has not been located on the day of delivery following the notification email from the courier.

Please note that courier service areas may change over time. TCK cannot be held responsible if the courier updates their delivery coverage and is unable to service your area on a next-day basis.
Failed Delivery Areas
If you place an order and we discover we’re unable to deliver to your postcode, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
Failed Delivery
Should you experience a failed delivery, please contact us via email at hello@thecalzonekitchen.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours within the working hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. TCK cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are based on the final value of the order after any discounts have been applied. All delivery charge calculations exclude digital products, memberships and gift cards, and are calculated only on physical products that require shipping.
