Ingredients and Allergens

Ingredients and allergens for all of our products can be found on our website. However, ingredients may occasionally change, so we always recommend checking the product packaging before consuming to ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information.

By placing an order through our website, you accept responsibility for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information to ensure the products are suitable for you and anyone else you may be ordering for.


General Terms

We serve perishable products that may contain multiple allergens. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information before ordering and before consuming any product.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on your chosen delivery date, occasional delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please get in touch with us so we can organise a replacement.

Please make sure the delivery information you provide at checkout is accurate. Orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect delivery details may not be eligible for a replacement. Always check your order confirmation email after purchase.

Customers are advised to schedule delivery at least 2–3 days prior to their planned celebration date. Although courier delays are uncommon, allowing this timeframe ensures that any issues can be addressed and a replacement order arranged where necessary. All calzones are supplied with a minimum shelf life of 3 days from the date of delivery, and frequently longer.  

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by raw material shortages, high order volumes, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding if delays occur, especially during peak periods.

Our recipes are subject to change based on the availability or pricing of raw materials. If a product in your subscription becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you by email. You are responsible for checking your upcoming subscription orders before they are finalised.

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays or the day after due to courier restrictions. Any subscriptions affected by this will be moved to the next available delivery day.

All pricing for products and subscriptions is subject to change. We regularly review our prices to ensure they remain sustainable in relation to rising raw material and service costs.

Prices may change and will be communicated on the website and/or via email before taking effect.


Subscription Order Cut-Off and Amendments

Subscription orders are generated seven days before your chosen delivery date. This is the cut-off point for making any changes to your order, including skipping, amending, or cancelling.

Once an order has been generated, the information is used to prepare our production schedule for the following week. For this reason, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are live in our system.

A reminder email is sent three days before your order is due to be generated. This gives you time to make any necessary changes in your subscription portal before the order becomes live.

We do not usually provide refunds for subscription orders once they are live, but we are happy to offer a delivery date change instead. Please keep this in mind when managing your subscription.

Should you contact us via email. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours, within the working hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. If you did not receive a response within 48 hours, we may not have received your email, so please send a follow-up. 


Cancelling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time using your customer subscription portal or by contacting us via the website. If your order has already been generated and a confirmation email has been sent, cancellation will only apply to future unbilled orders. To cancel an already billed order, please get in touch with us directly via the Contact Us form on our website immediately, and no later than 24 hours prior to the day of dispatch. Regretfully, we can't offer cancellations to orders that have already entered the dispatch process, the day before delivery. 

We will send an email notification of all upcoming orders to your registered email address 3 days prior to billing. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for goods that have already been packed for dispatch.


Reporting Issues with Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please report it via the order page on our website. A photo of the full order received, displaying recipe labels will often be requested. 

Please do not respond to courier notifications, as these emails are not monitored. Photographic evidence is required for all claims. Without this, we are unable to accept responsibility for any reported issues.


Subscriptions

The minimum order value for subscription products is £25.

If your subscription includes a mix of one-time and subscription items, and the value of the subscription items is below £25, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription or remove any free products included in the order.


Promotions and Discount Codes

Introductory offers and discount codes are limited to one use per customer or account, unless otherwise stated.

If we identify that an introductory offer or discount code has been misused to gain more than the intended number of uses on a single account, we reserve the right to remove the offer or code from the live order without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to cancel or restrict future use of promotional offers for any account found to be in breach of this condition.

We will not issue refunds for customers who have forgotten or not applied a discount code at checkout. 


Calzone Club Membership

Purchased memberships last for one year and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for cancelled memberships.

Membership provides access to discounted test boxes. These boxes may require a discount code and are only available for selected delivery dates. Members will receive guaranteed access to each new test box for 48 hours after release, with notification sent via email. Any remaining stock after that period may be made available to the general public at full price.

Our aim is to release between 8 and 12 test boxes per year. To qualify for free membership through a subscription, you must receive at least one order every four months. If your subscription is paused, cancelled, or skipped for too long, and you do not meet the four-month activity requirement, your Calzone Club Membership will be cancelled unless purchased separately as an annual membership.

If you wish to continue with a Calzone Club Membership after cancelling your subscription, you can purchase a membership directly through our website.

All members participating in our Facebook group are expected to remain respectful to others and to the admin team. Any disrespectful or inappropriate comments will result in immediate removal from the group and cancellation of your membership without a refund. Please do not use this group for the purpose of customer service queries.

To qualify for a Calzone Club Membership through an active Calzone subscription, the subscription product total must meet the minimum value of £25.
