How are orders packaged & delivered?
Your calzones will be packaged in eco-friendly, food-safe, sheep's wool insulated packaging, keeping them chilled until the end of the delivery date, even if you're not home. We send all parcels on a next-day service with DPD. If you're not in, the driver will leave the parcel in the best available safe place. Leave safe place instructions when on the cart page if you’d like to specify to the driver.
Can I freeze my calzones?
Yes, all products are delivered chilled and you can freeze your calzones with no discernible reduction in quality. Some of our products such as fried chicken should be frozen on delivery for best cooking results. Defrost before cooking.
When will my first order arrive?
Your first order will arrive on the date chosen by you on the cart page date picker.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all orders over £35 and £4.95 for orders under the £35 threshold. The minimum order is £25.
Can I cancel or edit my subscription easily?
Yes, you can cancel, skip or pause your next delivery at anytime from your Account.
