Our new 'TCK Signature Margherita' includes Neapolitan-inspired 24-hour dough on our signature tomato base, fresh basil and beautifully creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella.

Ingredients:

Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Fior Di Latte Taglio Napoli (pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Lactic Cultures.), Tomato Base (Tomato Paste, Water, Base Mix (Golden Cane Sugar, Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper), Tomato), Basil.

May contain traces of nuts, soya, egg, celery, sulphites, mustard.

Storage Instructions:

If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C.  If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/ 180°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.

2. Keep baking paper but separate calzones and place on a baking tray.

3. Cook in the center of the oven for 18 - 22 minutes (piping hot throughout).

Not for us as to much Garlic added.

From the start I would say if if you like garlic please ignore this review.
I saw these online and they looked delicious however on cooking them the strength of garlic really upset my wife and I. To be honest it does state in the ingredients they contain garlic which I never thought to look at as whenever you have a Margherita from a Italian restaurant or takeaway they don't traditional add garlic. I still have the Pulled pork and Cheesesteak ones to try but I don't hold out much hope and will probably end up binning them or finding someone who loves garlic to give them to. I realise there are a lot of people that love garlic but for what I would describe as an Italian product it would be nice if they were a bit more authentic.
