Buttermilk fried chicken strips soaked in a sweet, sticky and mildly spicy Yangnyeom Korean sauce.
We use the highest quality chicken filets, 24-hour marinated in our own recipe buttermilk mix. You can bake these in 14-16 minutes at home just like our calzones and go down great as a side to share, in a wrap, burger or just as a main all to yourself.

STORE IN THE FREEZER below -18°C. Cook from frozen at 190c for 14 - 16 minutes in the center of a preheated oven. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.
The trays are biodegradable and can be composted at home. The plastic film and labels unfortunately are not yet recyclable, but we’re working on it!
1. COOK FROM FROZEN - Pre-heat oven to 190c and remove all packaging
2. Spread the chicken strips across a baking tray.
3. Cook for 14 - 16 minutes until piping hot
