Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Cheese, Anti Caking Agent - Potato Starch (Milk), Chicken Breast, Tomato Base (Tomato Paste, Water, Base Mix (Golden Cane Sugar, Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper), Tomato), Chorizo (Pork Meat And Pancetta, Salt, Vegetal Protein, Dextrin, Spices, Vegetal Fibers, Sugar, Cornstarch, Antioxidant (E-316), Conservatives (E-250, E-252), Emulgent (E-450i, E-451), Colorant (E-160c, E-120).), Red Onions, Red Peppers, Feta Cheese (Milk), Piri Piri Glaze (Sugar, Starch, Maltodextrin, Spices (Paprika, Cracked Red Chilli (4%), Cayenne), Salt, Dried Tomato (7%), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Acid (Citric Acid), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Natural Flavourings, Colour (Paprika Extract), Thickener (Guar Gum), Natural Capsicum Flavouring.), Basil, Chilli Powder.

Storage Instructions:

If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C.  If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 210°C/ 190°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.

2. Keep baking paper but seperate calzones and place on a baking tray.

3. Cook in the center of the oven for 18 - 22 minutes (piping hot throughout).

We love the calzone

We’ve tried nearly all versions apart from the veggie ones and have been ordering for years. The chicken and chorizo recipe has changed in the the last 6 months or so and it’s not my husbands favourite any more. It’s now too spicy. The pulled pork is the best in my opinion.
