Chorizo Chilli & Fior Di Latte - First delivery March 12th
A double portion of shredded chorizo with fresh sliced red chillies and creamy fior di latte mozzarella on our signature spicy base (medium spice level).
Ingredients:
Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Fior Di Latte Taglio Napoli (pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Lactic Cultures.), Tomato Base (Tomato Paste, Water, Base Mix (Golden Cane Sugar, Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper), Tomato), Chorizo (Pork Meat And Fat, Salt, Paprika, Dextrose, Sucrose, Dextrin, Vegetable Protein (peas), Stabilizer (E-450li), Garlic, Antioxidants (E-392, E-301, E-331li), Preservatives (E-252, E-250)), Red Chilli, Chilli Powder.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, egg, soya, celery, mustard, sulphites

Storage Instructions:
If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C. If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 210°C/ 190°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.
2. Keep baking paper but separate calzones and place on a baking tray.
3. Cook in the center of the oven for 16 - 19 minutes (piping hot throughout).
