BBQ Pulled Pork

Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Pork, Mozzarella Cheese, Anti Caking Agent - Potato Starch (Milk), BBQ Sauce (Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Spirit Vinegar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Modified Maize Starch, Bramley Apple Puree (contains Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite)), Salt, Apple Juice Concentrate, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Smoke Flavourings, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Paprika, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper) (Sulphites), Rosemary.

Storage:
If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C.  If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking:
1. Pre-heat oven to 210°C/ 190°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.

2. Keep baking paper but separate calzones and place on a baking tray.

3. Cook in the center of the oven for 18 - 22 minutes (piping hot throughout).
