We asked what would happen if we stopped designing to a price and built the Wellington we truly want to eat. So we did.

Each pack includes a 28-day aged centre-cut beef sirloin wrapped with homemade mushroom duxelle, prosciutto, and our house red-wine gravy reduction, finished with shredded mozzarella inside our new Neapolitan-inspired dough.

It’s the most expensive—and the heaviest—calzone we’ve ever produced. We’ve capped production to keep quality exacting. If you know, you know.
