The Donald 3.0 is our upgraded, premium Duck & Hoisin recipe with extra duck, a richer hoisin and our premium creamy Fior Di Latte mozzarella. Rich, sweet and crispy!

Ingredients:

Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Fior Di Latte Taglio Napoli (pasteurized Cow's MILK, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Lactic Cultures.) (Milk), Peking Duck Meat (Duck (97%), Salt, Brown Sugar, White Pepper, Star Anise, Fennel, Cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Clove, Hoisin Sauce (Water, Crushed Yellow Bean (24%) [Fermented Salted Soyabean (Soyabean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Water), Soy Sauce (Water, Soyabean, Salt, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Water, Colour: Caramel (E150a), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate (E202)], Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed Oil, Antifoam (E900)), Plum (3%), Thickener: Modified Maize Starch, Onion Powder, Salt, Colour: Caramel (E150a), Chinese Five Spices (1%) (Cassia Cinnamon, Fennel, Star Anise, Ginger, Clove), Cassia Cinnamon, Acetic Acid (E330), Chilli Powder.) Storage Instructions:

If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C. I’m best cooked from fresh. If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by the frozen use-by date on the pack and fully defrost in a fridge before cooking.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180c

2. Remove film and place in the middle of the oven for 18-20 minutes

3. Ensure your calzones are piping hot throughout before serving
