Storage Instructions:

If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C.  If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use within 3 months and fully defrost in the fridge before cooking. Do not re-freeze, once thawed.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200c

2. Remove film and place in the middle of the oven for 16-18 minutes

3. Ensure your calzones are piping hot throughout before serving
